Cornwall Council has been chosen by the Government as a Lead Authority for the Shared Prosperity Fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through it in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. As such, we are required to share some information in claims and quarterly reports with the Good Growth team at Cornwall Council for monitoring purposes.
In addition, we may need to share information with any organisations appointed by ourselves or Cornwall Council to evaluate the success of the project. We will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. Nor will we share it, other than outlined above, unless we have your permission, or are required by law to do so.
