Equally inspiring is Guy Clements. Guy got in touch with us in July 2024 and joined our partnership’s first Developer Skills Bootcamp. This began a life changing few months leading to a complete career change. He is now working as a junior developer for a Cornish based IT consultancy. As he explains, being older and having transferable skills developed in other sectors, can be a huge advantage.
